Tuition Info and Policies

Registration Fee:
     An annual, non-refundable registration fee of $20 is due at the time of registration, along with a completed registration form.  This fee is in addition to the class fees and effective for one calendar year.  The fee is $30 if 2 family members register at once and $35 for 3 or more family members.  We only accept cash and checks.  A $25 non-sufficient funds (NSF) fee will be charged for all returned checks.

Class Fees:

-45 minutes classes (TURTLE TIME and TERRAPIN TOTS):  $88/child- 8 week session
-60 minute classes (
SNAPPERS, DIAMONDBACKS, LEATHERBACKS, TURTLE MIX)  $104/child- 8 week session
-90 minute class (TURTLE TALES):  $128/child- 8 week session

-45 minute class (NEW DROP IN GYM class) $13/child per class (members only)

WE WELCOME YOU TO JOIN ANY OF OUR CLASSES FOR A SINGLE TIME, BUT A $5 FEE WILL BE ADDED TO THE COST OF EACH CLASS FOR EACH CHILD.  PLEASE CALL TO VERIFY SPACE AVAILABILITY.

     25% discount for 3rd (or 4th or 5th!) child enrolled in same session

Class fees are due in full at the time of registration.
Class fees may vary according to the number of classes per session.

Open Gym:
     $10/child for non-members     $8/child for members     1/2 price for children 2 and under

Limited to a maximum of 25 children)

Parents:
Parents with children 2 years old and under are required to stay with their child at all times.
Parents with children under the age of 4 are required to stay in the building.

Refund Policy:
     A refund will be given prior to the first scheduled class, less the non-refundable registration fee.  A pro-rated refund will be given prior to the third scheduled class, less the non-refundable registration fee.

Sick Children:
    
Please do not bring sick children to the gym.  Please keep your child at home if they have had any of the following symptoms in the past 24 hours:  vomiting, diarrhea, fever, thick or greenish nasal discharge, or abnormal lethargy (just not feeling well, falling asleep throughout the day).  Your child should be symptom free, without medication, for at least 24 hours before returning to the gym.  Bacterial infections (strep throat, pink eye, ear infections, etc.) must be treated with antibiotics for 24 hours before returning.

Make Up Policy:
       We guarantee 1 make-up per session.  We cannot schedule make-ups in classes that are full.  Make-ups may only be scheduled based on availability.  Your child may attend an open gym as their make-up.  Make-ups must be scheduled in advance and are limited to the current session.

Inclement Weather:
    
In case of inclement weather, please call 410-604-3711 or visit our website at www.BusyBodiesgym.com.  If we need to close, we will leave a message on our machine and website.  Please note:  We do not follow Queen Anne’s County school openings or closings.

Clothing:
    
Children should wear comfortable clothing.  Shoes and socks are not permitted on the gym floor.
